Authentic elves turn up in a super-cool truck decked out in a way that even Buddy Hall would be impressed by! You can expect full-on festive cheer! Just make sure an adult (18+) is home to receive it.

100%! Selfies and family snaps are encouraged. Feel free to tag us on your favorite socials too. If you aren't home, we’ll text a quick photo or video as proof of delivery and you can still show the kids their tree was brought by Santa's elves!

Our elves can only deliver across select local postcodes in North West Leicestershire and South East Derbyshire at the moment but sign up to our news letter as we'll be expanding this every year. You can verify if we deliver to your postcode directly on our Cart Page.

No netting means you get to inspect, admire, and love your tree from the very first moment you lay eyes on it and you can start decorating immediately without having to do the whole scissors vs. plastic netting thing. It's better for the environment this way too!

Treat it like fresh flowers: stand it in water right away, top it up daily, and keep it well away from radiators or fireplaces. You'll be pleased to know we bring it to you with the bottom freshly trimmed so the tree will be able to drink all that lovely water you give it.

Every real tree has its own personality, its what makes them so special! Expect natural variations in shape, scent, and height that make your tree uniquely yours and remember that our suppliers have won multiple awards from British Christmas Tree Growers Association and even supplied 10 Downing Street! 

Inspect it on the spot! If there’s any transit damage (like a broken top leader), let the elves know immediately so we can make it right.

Elf insurance strictly stops at the front door, driveway, or porch. 

We’ll give you a ring if there's no answer. If you’ve left safe-place instructions, we’ll leave it safe and sound. If we can't reach you within 10 minutes, the elves must move on. You can arrange for us to visit again but a failed delivery fee and a rescheduling fee will apply: See our Shipping Policy.

• Returns: Because fresh trees are cut-to-order perishable items, all sales are final once prepped.
• Cancellations: Allowed up to 72 hours before your slot (minus a £20 admin fee). Non-refundable after that.
• Rescheduling: Give us 72 hours notice and we’ll happily move your slot but there is a £10 fee to cover the costs involved. If it's less than 72 hours until your delivery you can still let us know a safe place to leave it for you at your chosen time.
